Updating and finishing the Game Mechanic

I started by applying my icons to the pictures in my moodboard.

Next was the page of mechanic thumbnails.

I went over this development page and tidied it up. I made sure that the text was legible and my final selection was clear.

I did the same for mt next page of development.

I did a presentation pass on my statue detail iteration.

I was told that I needed to do an ortho of the mirror also. I decided to do it on a later page as this one solely focussed on form and the gilding detail.

A major part of my feedback for the mechanic was to rethink the mirror arrangement. I scrapped the wall as it blocked the player's view of the statue, which is an interesting asset in the room. I then thought about using damage to block the path of the light beams, such as a fallen wall dressing and some brick piles. I also thought about integrating the mirrors into the architecture, such as in the face of a painted figure and embedded in a wall dressing.

I did some material callouts and photobashed a granite base statue into my design, as this would give a better material read and looked more realistic.

I included the final mirror orthos, mirror arrangement and photobashed concept into the final concept page. I am a lot happier with this after improving it.
